    Meetings are held a Prime Time Adult Care, the leading adult day program in the South Hills of Pittsburgh. Prime Time provides medical supervised day services to adults in our community who have needs ranging from socialization to advanced dementia care, while providing respite and supports to the caregiver to help our adults stay out of long-term care and in their homes with their family.

    In this webinar, we will explore and define health equity in the context of dementia caregiving. We will review policy implementation and share how healthcare organizations can be involved in equity efforts relating to dementia caregiving. We will emphasize the importance of prioritizing community engagement, and discuss strategies to engage dementia caregivers and those with lived experience in policy and practice. Presenters will provide recommendations about how public health can use an equitable approach in supporting dementia caregiving efforts. Attendees will have a chance to join the conversation during the Q&A at the end of the event.
