Brief Description of Webinar: What is GUIDE? The Guiding an Improved Dementia Experience (GUIDE) Model is a voluntary, nationwide model that tests the impact of providing Medicare coverage for care coordination and management for people living with dementia, along with education, support, and respite services for qualifying caregivers.
