Brief Description of Event: Dementia Care & Caregivers Forum featuring Teepa Snow, MS, OTR/L, FAOTA, world renowned dementia care expert and founder of Teepa Snow's Positive Approach to Care.

This event will offer insights into and solutions for the challenges faced by individuals living with dementia, as well as families and caregivers who support them. The program is presented by dementia care expert Teepa Snow, along with participation from local agencies, vendors, and area professionals providing resources and more.

October 9th, 2025 at the Shawnee Inn & Golf Resort.

Registration and Coffee Service: 7:45am/Doors open at 8:00am

Morning Session: 8:30-11:45am, Dementia Care Across the Healthcare Setting
*pending Continuing Education Unit (CEU) accreditation for professional bodies in PA including RN, Social Workers, PT, OT, and Speech Therapy

Lunch break on your own from 11:45am-1:00pm

Afternoon Session: 1:00-4:00pm, Navigating the Journey of Dementia (for family and caregivers)
