Brief Description of Event: Join PA Link for a rejuvenating one-day conference designed to help caretakers and human service workers focus on their own holistic health to better support their mental clarity and overall well-being. Designed to help you burn bright without burning out, the day offers a nourishing and engaging blend of insights into healthy nutrition, expressive art, benefits of time in nature, and mindful reflection—all aimed at helping you become your best self. Reconnect with your inner balance, recharge your energy, and rediscover what true self-care really means. Prioritize you—so you can show up stronger for those you serve. Light breakfast and standard lunch included in fee, plus up to 5 Social Work CEUs available for full day participation!
