Brief Description of Event: Join us on Thursday, August 28th, for a special Thrive on Thursday featuring Dementia Friendly Montgomery County!

Lori Rizzo, a community lead for the initiative, will introduce this inspiring new movement in Montgomery County to raise awareness and reduce stigma about dementia. We’re bringing together care partners, professionals, and community members to create an inclusive, supportive environment for individuals living with dementia—and those who care for and love them.

This initiative is all about collaboration. By forming a Cross-Sector Community Action Team, we’ll identify strengths, gaps, and priorities in our local community—and work together to develop actionable goals and lasting impact.
