Brief Description of Event: We're thrilled to launch the Connections Memory Café—a heartwarming new program created in grateful partnership with the William Jeanes Memorial Library!

This free monthly gathering welcomes individuals living with dementia, memory, or cognitive changes—and their care partners. Enjoy friendly faces, creative activities, and the chance to relax, connect, and feel part of a supportive community. It's about joy, and being together and a space for fellowship, laughter, inclusion, and meaningful connection.

Meets every 2nd Friday of the month
