    We are excited to invite individuals living with dementia and their care partners, families, and friends for snacks, crafts, and socialization!

    These FREE events will occur on Thursdays 1pm-2pm
    April 10th, May 8th, June 5th, and July 10th

    What is a memory cafe?
    A memory cafe provides a safe and welcoming environment for:
    -individuals living with dementia
    -their care partners
    -their family and friends

    Memory Cafes are a space for people living with dementia to be themselves in a non-judgmental, accepting social setting.
    People living with dementia and their care partners can find new friends and make connections to resources and other living a similar journey.
