Brief Description of Event: We're thrilled to launch the Connections Memory Café—a heartwarming new program created in grateful partnership with the William Jeanes Memorial Library!

This free monthly gathering welcomes individuals living with dementia, memory, or cognitive changes—and their care partners. Enjoy friendly faces, creative activities, and the chance to relax, connect, and feel part of a supportive community. It's about joy, and being together and a space for fellowship, laughter, inclusion, and meaningful connection.

Meets every 2nd Friday of the month
Food, fun, and new friends await!

Brief Description of Event: 1st Monday of each month from 1-2:30pm

The Memory Cafe provides a safe & welcoming space for individuals with dementia & their care partners to connect with others with similar experiences. The cafe helps to foster new connections & reduce social isolation.

Each month will feature a different themed activity for participants to enjoy together. The memory cafe at the JCC is open to all community members who are experiencing cognitive decline & are seeking an accepting social setting.
