You are not alone. Join us at Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care of Allentown for this informational supportive group that will help you to learn more about the disease as well as understand their feelings about the changes dementia has made on their daily lives. Support groups can also help you:
-Learn practical caregiving information
-Get mutual support
-Learn about your local community resources
-Find solutions to challenging behaviors

Compassion Resilience for Caregivers

Brief Description of Event: Presented by Resilient Lehigh Valley, in partnership with Age-Friendly Lehigh Valley and Lehigh Valley Health Network, a part of Jefferson Health; this series provides ongoing support and resources to help caregivers and individuals build and sustain a culture of well-being and compassion. In each session, participants will explore strategies to maintain empathy, strengthen resilience and prevent compassion fatigue.
