We are excited to introduce a new Dementia Friendly Community initiative in Montoursville, Lycoming County and Lewisburg, Union County. You are invited to join us in creating an inclusive and supportive environment for people living with dementia, their care partners, and those important to them. Our mission is to build a Cross-Sector Community Action Team that represents the heart of our community. By engaging individuals across diverse sectors, we aim to foster collaboration and shared responsibility for meaningful change. Together, we will engage with community members to identify strengths, gaps, and priorities, creating a shared vision to guide our efforts. With an actionable plan in place, we will focus on realistic goals, track our progress, and celebrate successes while continuously improving and adapting to new opportunities.
