As a women-founded nonprofit organization, we are proud to introduce a Dementia Friendly Community initiative in Montoursville, Lycoming County. Our mission is to raise awareness, promote understanding, and provide meaningful support for individuals living with memory care impairments and their care partners while fostering an inclusive, compassionate community. Through a Cross-Sector Community Action Team, We will bring together diverse voices to identify needs, create a shared vision, and take actionable steps toward lasting, meaningful change.
