Brief Description of Event: Join Presbyterian SeniorCare Network and Gateway Hospice at our monthly Memory Cafes. Connect with others who understand what you are going through, share thoughts and talk openly.

Our monthly gatherings guided by experts in the field are for people living with dementia and their family members, friends, and/or care partners in a safe, supportive, and engaging setting.

We will offer a Lunch & Learn from families/care partners, while holing a separate activity for loved ones. Different topics will be offered each month. Light refreshments will be provided.

*Attendees are encouraged to bring their loved ones living with dementia, but can also attend on their own.

-First Monday of each month from 12pm-1:30pm
-Third Monday of each month from 4-5:30pm (no session on Labor Day)
